Is it ever said in canon if Percy's name is really Percival?

It came to my attention that there are plenty of male names that start with the sound 'Perce' and we were totally wrong about Ginny. (Remember when every other fic said her name was Virginia or Genevive?)

I'm kind of leaning towards Persius...
