Today I was petting Salem in the kitchen and he was really getting into it and all of a sudden he attacked my arm! Like: 'sunk his teeth into my hand I'm still wearing a band-aid' attack.
When he was a tiny kitten he was feral and then, I suspect, abused. He used to have these little episodes where he would forget his manners and go commando feral kitten on me and I still have the scars to prove it. He has been fine for YEARS.
I would totally let it go, but this is the second time in as many months and the last time he jumped me on the couch and attacked my head.
He is SO not a little kitten anymore. I have a scar on one cheek now. I'm thinking of trying feliway and then taking him to the vet if he continues with this homicidal streak.
