I got a DSi!!!
OK, I knew I was getting one, but I didn't think he'd let me have it until Christmas!
Yay!!!!
Except, I'm having issues getting it online and managed to break my modem trying. 2 hours before Yuletide is closed.
OMG if you wanted to see me have a complete spaz attack, this was the time.
Fixed modem... sort of. It's working but it's public now. >:P. However unless you're in my driveway I think you're SOL so I'm not worried. (Unless I go out one morning to find a bunch of gamers in a tent.)
Finished and posted Yuletide. (300 words in an hour, my personal best.)
The camera on the DSi is a crack up. Worth half the cost of the beast just for that. Seriously.
Now me and Mr. Phoenix Wright are about to get acquainted.

I've never done it before so this is going to be completely new for me. I can't believe there were so many fandoms. I said I could write for about a billion.
1000 words I can do in a few hours so it's going to be pretty easy, esp for a one shot. (It's my epics that kill me.)
How many do they assign you? Can you write more than you're offered?
Can anyone who's done it before fill me in on the little stuff?
